Studio apartments Berlin
Studio apartments in central Berlin usually come as one of two things: a holiday flat at nightly rates, or a two-year hunt with sixty other applicants at every viewing. Ours sit between those: a real home, available now, with a lease you can keep as long as you want.
The studios at STACEY Mitte are on the Fischerinsel, between Museum Island and Alexanderplatz, with the U-Bahn at the door. Each one measures 30 to 38 square metres and is a self-contained flat: hallway, private bathroom, open living and sleeping area, a kitchen of your own and a loggia. Nothing is shared with anybody.
Everything is furnished and connected when you arrive. One monthly rate covers furniture, heating, electricity, water, fast WiFi and weekly cleaning of the common areas downstairs, which you can use whenever you want company. Booking is fully online, in English, with a digital key.
Hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living and sleeping area, loggia. The layout is drawn on the location page, so you can see how it works before you book.
The sizes come from the architect's drawings, not from estimates. Each room card states the range for its category, and the smaller number is what you can count on.
You have everything to yourself upstairs and a shared lounge, kitchen and workspace downstairs. Most people who take a studio still come down for the community events.
Not a holiday rental with a fixed end date. Minimum three months, then open-ended with three months' notice, and address registration is possible.
You pay for the privacy. A room in a shared flat at the same house starts several hundred euros lower, and you would share a bathroom and kitchen with exactly one other room, not with a crowd. If the budget matters more than having a kitchen to yourself, take the shared suite and spend the difference on Berlin. If you work from home, cook properly or simply want your own door, the studio is worth it.
A private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and dishes, a double bed, a sofa, a dining table, wardrobe and desk, plus a loggia. The floor area is 30 to 38 square metres depending on the unit. Photos on the location page show real studios, not renderings.
In a shared flat at STACEY Mitte, two private rooms share one bathroom and one kitchen, so you share with exactly one other room. In a studio nothing is shared: bathroom, kitchen and entrance are yours alone. The difference in rent is a few hundred euros a month.
Yes. Studios are bookable for two people, and the second person is named in the lease. Select two persons in the booking flow and the price adjusts; the room list then only shows categories that allow it.
No, and that is the point. We rent from three months with an open-ended lease and issue the landlord confirmation for your address registration. For a few nights or weeks, a serviced apartment is the better choice; in Hamburg we have two short-stay houses for exactly that.
Current prices per category are on the location page and move with availability. The rate covers furniture, heating, electricity, water, WiFi and the cleaning of common areas. On top there is a one-time booking fee and a security payment of two months' rent, refunded in full after you leave.
