Our Vallendar house sits on Löhrstraße in the heart of town, less than 4 minutes on foot from all WHU university buildings and a short train ride from Koblenz. Every member gets a private furnished suite and shares modern community spaces built for studying and socializing in equal measure.
The lease is open-ended and starts from 3 months, one monthly rate covers furniture, heating, electricity, water, WiFi and weekly cleaning of the common areas, and you can register your address (Anmeldung). Most housemates are WHU students and young professionals.
Booking runs fully online: pick your suite, sign the lease digitally, move in with a digital key. Ideal for semester starts, exchange terms and internships, no paperwork and no furniture shopping.
