STACEY Mitte is our Berlin home, on the Fischerinsel next to the Museumsinsel, minutes from Alexanderplatz and the Berliner Dom. Every member gets a private furnished suite; most shared apartments have just one roommate, and private studios are available too.
The lease is open-ended and starts from 3 months, one monthly rate covers furniture, heating, electricity, water, WiFi and weekly cleaning of the common areas, and you can register your address (Anmeldung).
Booking runs fully online: pick your suite, sign the lease digitally, move in with a digital key. No paperwork and no furniture shopping.

Berlin's oldest settled ground, an island in the Spree at the southern tip of the Museumsinsel. Quiet, green and surrounded by water, yet everything is close: the Dom and the museums across the bridge, Alexanderplatz a few minutes away.

Berlin's famous nightlife and food quarters start one bridge away. Kreuzberg's canal side and Friedrichshain's clubs are a quick ride from the Fischerinsel, close enough for any evening, far enough to sleep well.

Moving to Berlin
Address registration (Anmeldung) is required within 14 days of moving, and Berlin Bürgeramt appointments are famously scarce. We hand you the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (landlord confirmation) before move-in, so you can hunt for a slot at any Bürgeramt in the city from day one.
Getting around: the BVG network of U-Bahn, S-Bahn, trams and buses runs around the clock on weekends, and the Deutschlandticket covers local transit across Germany on one monthly subscription. From the Fischerinsel you reach Alexanderplatz in minutes.
Your suite comes furnished with utilities, WiFi and weekly common-area cleaning active from day one, so there is no furniture shopping, no utility contracts and no internet installation appointment. Pack a suitcase, sign online, move in.
STACEY is built to be your first landing point in Berlin: more than half of our members arrive from outside Germany for a job, a semester or an internship, book from abroad, and start their new city with housemates instead of empty rooms.

Can I register my address (Anmeldung) at STACEY Berlin?+
Yes. We provide the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (landlord confirmation) before your move-in, so you can register your Berlin address at any Bürgeramt right away.
What does the monthly rate include?+
Your furnished private suite, heating, electricity, water, fast WiFi, weekly cleaning of the common areas and community events. One rate, almost everything included.
How long can I stay?+
The lease is open-ended and starts from 3 months, so you can stay a semester, a year or longer, without hunting for a new flat when a fixed term ends.
How much is the security payment?+
Twice your monthly rent, due within 48 hours of booking. It is fully refundable after move-out, provided there are no damages and no open payments.
Who lives at STACEY Berlin?+
Students at Berlin's universities (HU, TU, FU and the art and business schools), interns and young professionals, and internationals arriving for a fresh start: more than half of our members come from outside Germany. Most shared apartments have just one roommate, and private studios are available for maximum privacy.
How quickly can I move in?+
As soon as a suite is free. The location page shows live availability with exact move-in dates, booking runs fully online in about ten minutes, and a same-week move-in works when a suite is available now.
