Coliving in Hamburg
STACEY runs six coliving homes in Hamburg: long-stay houses in Winterhude, Eppendorf, Eimsbüttel and St. Pauli, plus two short-stay houses in the Altstadt and St. Georg. Every member gets a private furnished suite and shares generous common spaces with their housemates.
Long-stay works like a normal rental, just simpler. The lease is open-ended and starts from 3 months, one monthly rate covers furniture, heating, electricity, water, WiFi and weekly cleaning of the common areas, and you can register your address (Anmeldung). Short-stay is flexible from a few nights up to 180.
Booking runs fully online: pick your suite, sign the lease digitally, move in with a digital key. No paperwork and no furniture shopping.

Neighborhood guide
STACEY Mühlenkamp, long-stay
Canal-side living between the Stadtpark and the Außenalster. The Mühlenkamp strip is lined with cafés, bakeries and restaurants, the water is never more than a few minutes away, and the city center is a short ride away. One of Hamburg's most liveable quarters.
STACEY Eppendorf, long-stay
Elegant white Altbau streets, the Isemarkt weekly market under the elevated U-Bahn, boutiques along Eppendorfer Baum, and the UKE university hospital around the corner. Calm, green and grown-up, with the Alster canals for evening runs.
STACEY Eimsbüttel, long-stay
Young, dense and lively. Osterstraße delivers cafés, indie shops and street food, the Schanze is one stop away, and the university quarter is around the corner. If you want Hamburg with the volume slightly up, this is it.
STACEY St. Pauli, long-stay
Hamburg's most famous quarter: harbor views, the Reeperbahn, indie clubs, the Schanze next door. Loud where it should be, surprisingly calm in the side streets, and unbeatable for going out and meeting people.
STACEY Downtown, short-stay
The historic city core between Rathaus and the shopping streets. Everything is walkable, the U- and S-Bahn lines converge here, and the Elbphilharmonie and HafenCity are minutes away. Ideal for project stays and city-center months.
STACEY Alster, short-stay
Right off the Außenalster and next to the Hauptbahnhof: Hamburg's most connected address. A diverse, café-dense quarter with the lake for morning runs, loved by commuters, interns and everyone arriving by train.
One monthly rate plus a refundable security payment. Details in the FAQ and on Why STACEY.

Getting around: Hamburg runs on the HVV network of U-Bahn, S-Bahn, buses and even harbor ferries, and the Deutschlandticket covers local transit across Germany on one monthly subscription. All six STACEY homes sit close to fast connections.
Your suite comes furnished with utilities, WiFi and weekly common-area cleaning active from day one, so there is no furniture shopping, no utility contracts and no internet installation appointment. Pack a suitcase, sign online, move in.
STACEY is built to be your first landing point in Hamburg: more than half of our members arrive from outside Germany for a job, a semester or an internship, book from abroad, and start their new city with housemates instead of empty rooms.
