What coliving actually means
A private suite, not a shared room
Every member has their own furnished room with a bed, desk, storage and, in most homes, a private bathroom. Coliving means sharing the kitchen and living spaces, never the bedroom.
One rate instead of six contracts
Rent, heating, electricity, water, fast WiFi and weekly cleaning of the common areas are covered by a single monthly payment. No utility providers to sign up with, no internet installation appointment.
Furnished, so you arrive with a suitcase
The room is ready on day one. No furniture shopping in a city you just moved to, and nothing to sell again when you leave.
You can register your address
At every long-stay home we hand out the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung before move-in, so the Anmeldung at the local authority works from day one. That is not a given on the short-term market.
